I do wonder how different the offense would’ve been this year if he’d gotten some legitimate time on the field. Hopefully a healthy Etienne and some key positions fills and we can really move up from a team that tries their best to a dominant football club that other teams respect and hate to play on Sundays

Love seeing that Jags logo on Doug! So freaking excited that Jacksonville got smart and hired a previous NFL head coach! I wanted Doug from the very start. His name went cold for awhile and I was dissapointed, but they got him and it’s very smart by Jacksonville.

You can tell right away he’s built very different than Urban. The way he handles the media, how he answers the questions. It’s a breath of fresh air and hopefully a new successful era in Jacksonville
Rooting for Dougie. He’s a quarterback whisperer and a ‘player’s coach.’. Got jobbed in Philly when the forced him to play a 3rd string QB in the last game of the season. The JAX got a good one.
Just wait. Jax will love Doug. I still remember him going to Green Bay on a Thursday night, short week. and beating a good Packers team. After the Super Bowl season they were one Alshon Jeffrey drop from beating New Orleans and going back to the NFC Championship game again with Nick Foles. The third time we made the playoffs his receivers were practice squad guys. Doug is a great coach who got tired of an accountant GM telling him how to coach. He asked to be fired.
