I liked the last front office a lot and thought they were doing a good job. However I also really like this one too. They all seem to be on the same page and are really quality people. Only time will tell if they are competent enough to create a championship team.
@Critical Optimist Dorsey was made good moves n picks but he just didn’t have a Strategy or plan… He would just go alot of players n just expect success…. The team had no identity and he hired a Terrible Head Coach n Kitchens…. You can listen to Berry n Stefanski talk n hear they are organized and believe in getting Hard working good attitude players thats the opposite of Dorsey…… I think we go 11-5 this year and at Worse 9-7 but either way we will make the playoffs… Chubb and Hunt will have Monster years this year on the ground and will be the strength of the offense…. if we can have a Elite top 10 defense n stop the run it will hard to beat us plus the schedule is alot easier

He is the best O-Lineman in the draft, my only concern is that he played RT in college, so we don’t know how he is gonna adapt to the LT position.

What a break for the Browns…WIlls falls to 10, the offensive line is vastly improved! Bookends: Wills & Conklin.
Now we need to trade up to get those first round safeties in the second and draft a D-Lineman in our current spot
