Love your hair, PA! (Hate the trade)

Thomas Austin

Why not Hamilton

    Thomas Henriksen

    Too dam slow

    Majik Man

    @Thomas Henriksen EXACTLY and soft.

Richard Crisman

Great move IMO with the top CBs gone by 12 so trade back and get more picks! The pick at 32 Cine will be great no doubt he’s gonna be a stud for years to come!!

    Mike Hawk

Should have kept trading back until we got all 32 7th round picks and finally fulfill spielman’s master plan. Cant be accused of reaching if you never reach, right?

    Richard Crisman

It’s gotta be the right guy at that pick & they felt more value in trading out. I really wish they’d have traded up to 4 or 5 and got Gardner, but trading up for a non QB is never worth it

Thomas Henriksen

You people have no clue, typical keyboard gms thinking they know football, half probably don’t watch college….. but they have a perfect answer

    Majik Man

    Spot on.

J V

PA gets paid by the Vikings. Of course he loves it. The truth is, the rookie GM got fleeced by the Lions.

    J Witt

    Nah don’t think so.

    XD Productions

You can obviously tell he doesn’t love the trade. He makes it apparent in his tone and when he says “if KAM loves it, then I love it.” It’s more of a begrudging type of love.

    Actually The Guy

@XD Productions doesn’t matter. He’s not talent evaluation personnel. He’s just a commentary guy. Love the guy, but he’s not an expert.

    XD Productions

@Actually The Guy Never said he was, but I hate how people dog on PA for being positive. Like, what do they expect? For him to just speak his honest opinions and think he won’t be fired for it? That’s pretty stupid thinking.

Jeremy Lofstrom

It wasn’t fun, PA. We got fleeced.

Clinton Reisig

SKOL 🍻

Rex Rogers

Too many 3 year year olds throwing temper tantrums in the comments. “Stay away from negative people. They will find a problem for every solution.” Albert Einstein

Couldn’t have said it better myself

Tana Chum

We already good. Just beef up the defense more.

ToadBradley24

Can’t you guys just wait until how these guys play a freaking game, I don’t know how these guys will turn out in the NFL

    FigNation

No doubt too many dam babies and negativity this kid is a beast SKOL 💜💛

    Brett Taylor

That’s not the point. Cine is a good pick imo, but the Vikings did not get value for that trade. Winning teams don’t do that. I’m not sure why you’re offended when people offer criticism of their team.

    ToadBradley24

@Brett Taylor I’m not offended at all, and besided, the guys that the Lions pick might turned out to be busts, same with him, remember Treadwell

FigNation

I watched a lot of Georgie games and I liked this kid a lot Lewis Cine will help turn this secondary around we have our Hitman replacement as hard as it is to say that cuz I’m a huge Harrison smith fan but this kid is a thumper ! Sounds Donatell wants to play some 3 Saftey sets Hitman Bynum Sine give this kid a chance SKOL 💜💛

Brett Taylor

Hard hitting commentary from PA lol

Eric Horn

This trade and pick is CRAP!! How do you pass on Jameson Williams? Picking him would have been a “Game Changer”! Every week teams would be distraught on how they could possibly game plan a way to stop a WR lineup of Jefferson, Theilen and Williams! Ain’t NO TEAM gonna sweat over Lewis Cine being on the field!

    Dylan Sunderland

Bold take, can’t wait to see Cine out there causing problems, our defense has been an issue and although I was pulling for Williams of the top CBswe’re gone I think this is a good move, people already have nightmares planning for Jefferson alone so now with KOC calling plays for him and improvements on defense we might actually be able to get and hold leads

    Carey Schave

He’s got a torn acl thats how you pass on him. If he was that good two WR’s wouldnt have been picked over him

    Eric Horn

@Carey Schave those teams needed immediate WR help and didn’t have the luxury of waiting like the Vikings could and BTW he’s ahead of schedule with his recovery! When Williams sprints through the Vikings secondary right past Cine for a touchdown everyone is gonna regret this trade!

Justin Ress

I like the pick, considering where we picked.
But we didn’t get enough picks for trading down.
But no one will argue this pick, if he turns into a starter in Year 1 and a Pro Bowler down the line and we get a steal in Round 2 today, that we wouldn’t get if we stayed where we were.

    Mike theVike

    Agree 100%

Let’s see Paul Allen’s reaction

DPrather truth revealed

How tf do you give up 46 moving back 20 spots in the first bro lets be serious for a safety we have bayum ready to play wtf

Unfadeable23

Kevin O’Connell said the Vikings wanted Stingley or Sauce, the two top CB’s but moving from 12 to the top 3 was too far.

Once the top corners were taken, they were okay with moving back down.

We got pick 34 today, 2nd pick in 2nd round. Pick 64, 2nd pick in 3rd round. Pick 77, middle of the 3rd. We’ll be okay.

Round 2 and 3 starts at 6pm tonight.

    Deez Pleez

Wish they could’ve kept 46.. it’s okay. Still gonna see what Kwesi and Kevin got. Skol!

Paul Hamline

What an aggressive eyebrow game.

Jimmy Spilotro

Should have been Hamilton

Art Vandelay

Let’s face it. Mensah turned his nose up at an awful lot of good talent and traded a #12 away for peanuts. All of the fans and members of the media are raising their eyebrows, questioning and criticizing this with very good reason. All I can say is that I hope this works out and if it doesn’t, I hope that the Wilfs don’t waste time keeping Mensah around after this season. We don’t need to waste another 8 years with a regime that can’t get it done. What happened to all of this “collaboration” we’ve been hearing about? I can’t believe that a whole room full of people said, “trade away a #12 to an up-and-coming divisional opponent that beat us last year and already had the #2 pick and get peanuts in return for it? Sure that sounds good, I’m down with that.” I can’t believe that happened! Why didn’t they take Zion Johnson or Tyler Linderbaum at 12? Don’t they believe in protecting the QB that they’re paying all that money to? This is ludicrous!
