Cam Newton just made alot of money last night. Newton has paid the Patriots on their investment of $500,000 in him. Newton is a $25-40 million qb that the Patriots got for $500,000. Newton has already given NE $7.5 million of service. He has shown that he is healthy. And has reset his market value to at least $30 million. All these Jarrett Stidham homers need to sit down and stay quiet. Newton should take his time coming back on the financial end. But, come back asap on the competitive end. NE could legit win the superbowl this year with that defense and that style of offense. They can control the clock easily.

@Fitness Guru I would say even 25 mil is pushing it. He was elite earlier in his career but haven’t been as good since. Not saying he isn’t a great quarterback but he doesn’t have AS much of the running ability that really made him special years ago. He is getting older so it is only going to get worse especially since he had an injury. I’m glad he’s our qb tho because he is certainly on present time Tom Bradys level right now
@Jack Kenny , 100% of NE offense is based on Newton’s talent. He’s already led the team in passing and rushing in the same game. Defenses have to stay honest against him or get burned. Newton is the center piece of the offense just like in Carolina. Newton is certainly not a $500,000 per year qb either. You clearly dont know what you are talking about. Newton is the most dangerous qb in the NFL. Cannon arm, very mobile, best short yardage player in the NFL, intelligent, and a winner on every level. Once win superbowl, will have as good a career resume as any qb to ever play in the NFL. Dude came into NE day one setting qb records.

Jack Kenny the first one of the picks was all Edelman falt, the second one may have been his but it was either throw it deep or get sacked and the game is over, also Byrd was over and stid threw it where it needed to be just the cb was able to come back in time, in addition they were down 16 with a minute and 28 or 38 seconds so once again I’m not gonna be mad on the decision that he made. I am mad that Hoyer blew this game for us
