Favre is one of a kind because his comparisons have to turn the ball over in clutch moments while equally winning those sorts of games other times
His run game did most the work, but he didn’t do bad. An 81% completion rate.

I didn’t watch the game but these highlights show how diverse the Chiefs are in deep and short passes
When you see “rains on Bills parade with” you don’t expect “2 TDs” to be the next part of that. Not that 2 TDs is bad, but it’s certainly not extraordinary, CEH was clearly the X factor in this game
@Schreck Going into that game the Bills were the #11 ranked run defense and the #24 ranked pass defense, wouldve made sense to lean on Mahomes a lot. Rain does affect the pass game, sure but it can also make it harder to hold onto the football when you get hit a lot
@Joe Dorben I mean CEH had a few big runs early and Mahomes had some misfires so I’m not surprised they altered their gameplan to favor the run.
Mahomes was 21-26 if he wanted to throw 400 yards he would’ve. Thing is the Chiefs are a ‘pick your poison’ team now.

I find it funny how people are saying Mahomes didn’t play very well, 80% completion, 225 passing yards, 2 TDS and 0 picks. The standard Mahomes has set for himself already is extraordinary, I don’t want to make it out that I don’t like Russell Wilson but if Mahomes had Russell Wilson’s game against the Vikings people would’ve said he didn’t play very well but with Russ he played amazing.
