This season started up being seen as his worst season, heck people didnāt even think they would make the playoffs. But he helped carry his team to where they ended up and that shows a lot about who he is as a player.

@Helicopter š Helicopter, so Mahomes choked by himself? I blame Reid and Bieniemy too. Sometimes they need to learn how to adjust to what the defense is doing. Like the AFC Championship game, in the second half, the Bengals dropped 8 and rushed 3. We didnāt adjust to that.

Mahomes is still young and will win more superbowls,. But today was a complete choke in the 2nd half. He tried to dtm in da second half opposed to the first half when they were virtually flawless. He had Kelce wide open at the end of regulation and choked. Theyāll bounce back tho
Disappointing end obviously, but he learned a lot this year and i think ultimately became a better, more patient QB. Even Brady didnāt get the SuperBowl every season, Mahomes still had a great season.
@Trev Mac Well it does matter cause someone said “Brady was never the reason his team didn’t make the Super bowl either” which is not true so I responded back to that person saying he has. Thats all I am getting at. I am not trying to say Brady is the worst. Just pointing out that he has choked games in the past to someone who said he never did. We can talk about how great they were but we can’t ignore the times when they weren’t so great cause every QB is not perfect.

@Bill Billson ridiculous take itās harder to scramble and make good throws. in the pocket you just worry about your reads maybe blitz here and there outside you now have to notice everything around you so you donāt take a massive career ending hit, where your lineman/RB are so you donāt run into them then make calculations on how youāre moving and going to throw thatās why QBs are planted to throw never off backfoot so they can channel all energy in the throw. So mahomes has to calculate heās running x direction x speed and to throw to guy running x direction x speed. Then your arm angle remember you canāt generate power or aim cross body. Oh but donāt forget now he has to remember the scramble drill the play is no longer scripted and the timing is completely different. If it was so easy than Elway, Steve young, tarkenton, Wilson etc would all have won every super bowl they played in. Mahomes is a god tier scrambler and improviser hence a playmaker. He will win 3 Super Bowls in his life id guarantee that Brady is untouchable most likely but mahomes can go down with Rodgers as greatest arm talent ever

Pat is still the number 1 player, he brought his team back to life when they were on a losing streak many people wrote the Chiefs off but Pat got them to the Championship game

@Lee lol he doesnāt. When he did he had no line. Brady couldnāt play behind what the chiefs had up until the later half of last year when they come together. Brady in his prime couldnāt play behind a bad OL. Thatās why he lost to the wild card giants twice in the SB lol

@Matthew Dowling brady had 3 rings in his 15th season. And that was still the beginning for him. So yes 26 years old is still the beginning but I know itās hard to tell with how good he is already

This was without a dought the worst season of his career but I think he learned a lot this year so I think next year will be the best year of his career (or at least one of them)
He’s still a good QB he just needs to learn when to just throw the ball away and not hold it for so long that’s how they lost them games in the beginning of the season and hurt them in the playoffs

I really did not like the Cheetah trade but I am open to see how this new squad performs. I think if we can get going early, not having to learn a new style of play because of defenses, PMIII could have his best year yet. It will be different -Cheetah – Pringle – Robinson but +Juju, MVS, Jones and who knows what else we can manage before we start up.
