Look, I’m not a huge fan of these picks either, but can we at least wait until the season starts to deem the validity of these picks? They aren’t bad players, they’re just not of positions of need. And the draft isn’t even over yet.
@Papa Filth i agree fully with you. But this is a very new scheme the Packers are running with their offense. The Shanahan offense uses a bunch of different versatile players to create mismatches for defenses which is why i think they drafted this tight end specifically. The runningback is probably to replace Jamall Williams or Aaron Jones since their contracts expire next year and we have other players to sign. And Jordan Love has the potential to secure the future of this franchise for the next 15 years.
The Picks all make sense. Just not if you want to win now. It’s frustrating but I’m willing to see how it pans out before throwing the GM under the bus, ya know?
@Horrible4 dude preach! People are so quick to judge before even seeing this people play in the nfl.
I think you need at least 3 or 4 years to really evaluate a draft class because of late bloomers and in or case to see our First rounder play

@MST3Killa Nah, you’re wrong. These players fit the scheme the Packers want to run perfectly, you’re just mad because your player didn’t get drafted. I’m frustrated too, but that doesn’t make it a bad draft. I defer you to explain how this is “pure trash”.
@Horrible4 I do agree with you on some points but disagree with other. I heard Gm talking about these picks. There wasnt any logic behind it except this guy could be great in this offense. GB should exactly know where they came short last season. They needed another WR playmaker except Adam’s. Their Run defense was trash when SF ran through them. They could use an OL to replace Bulaga. Current draft doest fill any gaps to run for SB this year. Look at 49ers, they clearly drafted their needs to help Jimmy G on offense because that’s where they came short last year.
