They need a replacement at some point. This is a very deep wide receiver draft, this guy has a awesome skill set and potential. Not even Adams at WR was a first round pick, Rodgers is getting older you need to think about the future at some point when you have a guy projected to go top 10-15 at QB who drops why not go for him when you need a future QB.
Well, we need to support. What we did to Aaron was wrong when Favre was there, so lets support Love, Gute and LeFleur. Lets hope for some Gems ate yhe second day
Yess but the difference for me is when we drafted Rodgers, farve wasn’t expressing that he wanted to still be playing for years to come as Aaron has been. We have enough holes to fill elsewhere where I didn’t feel this was reasonable, especially trading UP for him… Sends a different meaning to Rodgers that way
Ya we didn’t support Rodgers right away and was butthurt they traded Favre. I mean I understand it when a guy like him completely changed the franchise after not being competitive for 25 years, but Rodgers deserved better then then what he got. We need to support Love when the transition happens it’s part of football and he deserves a chance like Rodgers deserved a chance and he obviously flourished.

Adams wasn’t even a first round pick. This is a deep WR draft they don’t need to get one in first round. Love was projected to be top 10-15 pick when you have a QB at his potential when you have a aging QB you go for him

colin no, they’re gonna force aaron out and make love the starter. Aaron will join someone else and do great and packers fans won’t be as happy. Love isn’t gonna do what aaron did to Favre. Love has A LOT of issues to work on, and Aaron still has 5-7 solid years left. That’s why i’m in awe.
@Camryn Morris exactly. Figured we’d get a QB this year but not til the 4th at the highest. And figured next year would be the earliest we would go after a backup QB in an early round to learn from Rodgers
Maybe in 5 years we can look back and thank Gute for taking a risk
But for now, one of the worse first round draft picks, especially when we have one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time who still wants to play atleast 3 more years

Soo confused right now. We traded UP for him, when I feel we didn’t need to if they wanted him, when we have bigger needs elsewhere. If we were going to get a QB, I was expecting in the 4th round at the highest
