I think we should sign JC Tretter, I know his Knees are not the best but I think he would be an upgrade over what we have. Nothing against Michael Deiter, I like his versatility but just think we need to improve that position. Matt Applebaum is smart to look at all of his options, he sounds like he will do a good job. GO PHINS!

Depends on what you’re looking for. I see these as an opportunity to gauge the coaches mindset, approach, and priorities. There were some honest points: Armstead is the LT, Austin Jackson could play LT/RT, and in the coaches mind it is too soon to consider panicking.
They still say more than the others under Flores….
What ever happens, at least we now have a real offence and offensive staff, they will put the best five guys on the field, that will get the job done.

This is the 1st I’ve got to hear this guy speak and I’m impressed. I like his composure and attitude. Right or wrong, I believe the success of this team lies in his hands. I hope he’s able to pull the best out of our o-line!!!

There is definitely a better media presence with the coaches under McDaniel. That being said everybody on the offensive line sounds good so far but we know that’s not the case lol. Going to chalk this one up as the proof is in the pudding!
Finally an O line coach who actually coached an O line before. B flo failed across the board on offensive coach hires.
It isn’t whether Connor is the best center or not, it’s what combination will allow you to get the 5 best lineman on the field. That’s part of why you work guys at multiple positions. The other reason is so when one lineman goes down you can bring in the 6th best lineman and move guys around, if necessary, instead of automatically putting in the backup for the guy who went down. The Dolphins have to stop the revolving door at OL coach. Hopefully this guy is good, will stay in the job 3 or 4 years and coach some of the recent draft picks up. They can’t all be as bad as they’ve looked.
