I love that this team actually cares about the health and wellness of its players! I hope Shaq and his medical team makes sure he takes as long as he needs to come back and kill the game!
After the luck era I actually love that we are little easier on our injury’s.
I we had of taken care of Luck he still would be playing 👍🏻 take care of our players/family
Shaq is “medically cleared” but since Reich actually cares about his players he is willing to sit him out longer while Tua was “medically cleared” from a concussion and his coach made him play four days later in a TNF game leading to a second concussion. Coaches have a big responsibility in keeping their players safe, I am glad Reich is allowing Shaq to get the time he needs to heal.
As long as we are hanging in there in the standings, keep sitting the guys till they are ready. They will get healthy at the right time, and the team will be better for it. Strength down the stretch and win the Division
we have no offensive line and if we can’t protect Ryan we are gonna loose we gotta stop Henry and actually run the ball this game is gonna determine our season
Our O-line combo last week was much improved so we will likely see that same lineup this week. Need to find a way to get some push for the run game to get it together. We were able to stop Henry in the second half last time so hopefully we can repeat that

Yes concern and empathy for player that may not have it for there self, also fans even if it costs us wind have to respect the fact that a player needs to heal if we would have done the stuff for luck that frank and Chris have done for the multiple quarterbacks we’ve had then I doubt highly luck would have retired when he did. Nor would he have suffered as much loss of love and passion for the game. Facts are this management and coaching staff is to a point doing the best they can for there players and that shows you care more for the base your team then you do the money and the entertainment and regardless that’s A-1 in my book, if they bring a staff and coach in here that’s like bill or vrabel or any other care about what they look like coaches in her the colts will fall off and they will lose players, I’m a former player and athlete, I’ve always wanted to coach and never had the opportunity because of the military and moving around so much but I’ve also scouted no cap some of the player the colts have drafted and everytime I said this will hurt them or effect the team negatively in some way I’ve been right the majority of time. Does frank need to hold staff members and players accountable yes but so do players themselves, if you execute and lower your mistakes through practice and focused dedication you can execute consistently at a high level, and once the players do that individually and then as a unit that’s when everyone gets on the same page and magical things like Superbowls happen. Now targeters, and threatened or payed refs and the league and vagas being mobbish and making calls and having players throw things don’t help, but there are players out there I believe that can put number and outlast the nonsense behind the scenes and those players are who will get you over the hump,
