I think LaFleur is more-so referring to the fact he was injured all year, so just having him here is a big plus. But I also think they don’t want to praise him too much because he truly has HoF potential. Gotta keep him hungry

I just want some healthy bodies opening day to compete that’s all I’m asking for we’re going to go through growing pains we have all new player on both sides

I’m glad the defense is balling out, I expect the defense to be within the top 10, the d line is too stacked, too much speed skill and strength.
Just remember, we’ve heard this plenty of times in the past — coaches in Pre-season are always going to puff up their players, and none are going to tell you ‘we’re in trouble’ in that area. It should be a decent year but I’ll take these early reports with a grain of salt.
Look, the Jets we’re ranked at the bottom of the entire NFL in multiple categories last year. I personally am glad to see the defense balling out early.
I’ll wait to see Zach show me something in the pre season games before I make any judgment on him.
The thing that scares me the most about this Jets 2022 team are the lack of depth talent at the offensive tackle spot and lack of size on the defensive nose tackle position.
