I need to know the reason behind the personnel decisions. Why was Moore getting no meaningful snaps? Why does Berrios, a practice squad level receiver, receive meaningful clutch snaps? Why is the playcalling so predictable. Is Wilson really to blame as much as he has been?
Because your current Offensive Coordinator is a trainee… Joe Douglas is about to rectify that problem shortly.
No way he returns without a proven QB coach.
QB coach or no QB coach this guy can’t be our OC next season. If Saleh wants to make him a Passing Game Coordinator that’s cool, he won’t have to fire him, but he’s not up to the job of Offensive Coordinator for this team.
Definitely not a good season offensively – Zach and Mekhi getting hurt in the preseason, Breece and AVT getting hurt in Denver, Elijah Moore asking for a trade……….very disappointing
Going up the gut twice for no gain in Goal Line situations over and over again, silly trick plays in the Redzone when standard football got you all the way downfield, these are the kinds of illogical things trainee coaches do, and Mike LeFleur did those things pretty continuously this season and last.
This guy just wants to play his scheme no matter what team he plays that’s the problem teams know what he going to do and he cannot adjust
He’s a passing game coordinator, that’s what he was with the 49ers, that’s what he knows and thats what he wants to do, but the Jets are built for balanced offense and ball control and that’s not his thing.
The good news is we’re not gonna cut you Mike. The bad news is you’re not gonna be Offensive Coordinator anymore. Enjoy your new job as Passing Game Coordinator, we can’t give our OC job to a trainee.
Ty had 46 yards on 8 carries. He averaged nearly 6 yards a carry. He received 2 touches per quarter. Let that sink in.
