Elijah Moore is a young guy who wants to succeed. This generation of players in the era of social media is tweet storm waiting to happen. Everybody makes mistakes. We won that game without him. Lesson learned.

Not only has no team scored more points than the Jets did in Denver this year, including the Broncos, but the same applies to Green Bay, Pittsburgh, and at MetLife. That includes the Packers, Steelers, and Giants, as well as all of their opponents. All games started by Zach too

Maybe in spite of Zach, or at least, because they finally figured out how to keep Zach from making stupid decisions. Better hope the run game continues to perform. James Robinson was an excellent back, but he’s about 85% of the guy he was before the Achilles (which is a testament to his work ethic and toughness). Still a quality player, hopefully they give him consistent opportunities.
@S Myers you know who keeps zach from making bad decisions?.. Zach Wilson does… and that means he is developing… if you make a bad decision do you blame it on someone else?… same goes for not making them… it’s on the decision maker
@Aaron Gerdts To an extent that’s true. However, simpler reads, shorter throws, and a run-biased offense make the game easier for quarterbacks who struggle to process and make good decisions. This is how, for instance, the Jaguars managed to win with Bortles in 2017, or how the Broncos once made it to the playoffs with Tim Tebow, or how the Giants are winning with Daniel Jones. Exception there being that all three of those guys could run, which gave their OC’s a little more flexibility. Wilson is athletic, but he isn’t a threat. Now, he has been better, and he deserves some credit. But he has also not been the reason you’ve won games. Not saying he won’t be a good player, but at this stage, the Jets are winning by protecting Zach Wilson from himself. And that’s a fact.

Why do the media try to start things with carter and the running back situation…. Most teams use a couple running backs its like they r acting that we never use carter lol he was being used almost just as much as breece or even together.. it would not be good for carter to take every carry anyway and he knows that especially if he wants a long career.. jet fans love carter and everyone said how he is a leader and a huge part of the team so just relax with that whole thing arighttttt and anyone joe Douglas brings in i believe in he brings in culture/team guys

Let’s get a New OC. This guy has too many screens,bubbles and PA. How can we expect the Qb too take the Next leap along with the WR. He doesn’t give them the chances too stretch the field, he pins or overlaps the WR and it causes 4 defenders on two WR while he has one guy taking a post. He has become so oblivious, all he does is change the timing of the call he runs.
We should play ball like the Legit Offense in the league. Minnesota. Or 2021 TB offense or The Rams 2022 offense.
Let’s hope all that Genius doesn’t cost them there future

It would be interesting to see how they transition from Breece Hall carrying the offense to Zac Wilson now being the guy. It would still be a run first offense but let’s face it, Breece Hall is a home run hitter. Opposing defense design their game plan on B. Hall. Now that he’s not around it will be up to Lafleur to have a more balanced offense. It’s a good thing that we have enough good talent on WR’s to offset the absence of an all pro RB like Hall.
