@Robert Frank Okay answer this for me then, would you have rather seen a black coach come in an fail and be labeled a failure? I’d rather see a black coach take over AFTER the season because this season is already a lost cause for Indy bro. Like c’mon, yall complain about black coaches being set up for failure but want a black coach to take a failure of a position. I’d rather see a black coach come in and have a chance at succeeding than taking over a INTERM job with a high chance of failure because they’re setup for failure by taking it.

It’s hard to describe it, but Jeff just brings a certain fire with him that Frank never did. I can easily see every player in that locker room wanting to run through a brick wall for Saturday. If he fixes the O-line, this could get interesting.

I wanna run through a wall for this man every time I hear him say “ bro “. This man is being real with people. I don’t know what that’ll translate to on the field but I can sense his passion.
Jeff has a great attitude and is a great leader, treats his team with respect and like family, he will help and aide the team to be successful….
Now this is a man players can stand behind and believe in. You can tell there is no fear in him. He means what he says and he says what he means. He’s keeping it real and that’s exactly what this team needs.
