Yeah, and the few times when the line blocked well, good things happened

I agree about our O-line. However, the entire team isn’t trash. Just the O-line, which greatly affects our offense. Just saying. Our defense played phenomenal.

Besides, part of our loss today was on Sam. There were many plays where he had a guy open and should have let it fly, but he didn’t. Even Sam admitted this. I think he will do better going forward, but our O-line certainly didn’t do him any favors.

​@scott campbell I’m not gonna lie, we still have a chance, but its only gonna happen if jim irsay puts his foot down right now and fires reich, strausser, and gets sean payton outta retirement. As well as getting peyton manning as an assistant qb coach. And then getting a good offensive coordinatoor. And basically reworking the entire front office, as well as starting fries over pryor.

@LIL PACONOT lol I laughed a little too hard at your comment. I don’t think we need to do all of that, but I wouldn’t be opposed to Irsay hiring an OC and forcing Reich to give up play calling. The give to Granson on 3 and 1 was inexcusable. Clearly Reich doesn’t understand situational football.

Although I’m kind of curious if Reggie could take over that. He has done a phenomenal job with our WR core, especially Pierce. Curious if he could get our offense going. Because thats pretty much been the only thing holding this team back. I’m also curious if the addition of Zack Moss might help with blocking. He is excellent in pass blocking and he didn’t play today. Perhaps he can help next week.

For real. I dont see how frank can use that as a excuse. If thats the colts best i hate to see there worst

I can see Reich being fired if this continues, but not Ballard. He is still an excellent GM. He built the dominant defense we have now. Drafted the studs we have on our WR core. The only mistake he made this offseason was letting Glow and Reed walk and trusting Pryor/Pintor to do well. Which obviously they haven’t. It’s crazy how bad our offense looks without a good O-line. With that said, I think Ballard will make our O-line more of a priority in the draft.

Ballard failed to address the line, and his off season philosophy is awful. He’s too conservative for modern day NFL. Amazing talent evaluator, but shouldn’t be our GM moving forward.

@Sef Jenkins I agree about the O-line, but I disagree on everything else. He brought in Mcleod, Gilmore, Yannick plus drafted Pierce and did bring it Matt Ryan. Just saying. Our defense has been dominant all season.

Truthfully our offense has the talent to be good, but the problem is soley on the O-line. I don’t think Ballard making the mistake of rolling with Pryor/Pintor was bad enough to outweigh all the good things he did this last offseason. Besides, Pryor and Pintor played well when they filled in last season. Not sure why that hasn’t transferred over into this season, but still. I understand why he chose to roll the dice with them. But in the upcoming draft he absolutely must address LT and RG.

Ballard is still an excellent GM.

definitely not his second year lol we were 13-3 and he was second in the MVP voting, but for sam this is basically his first year and he had to start right in the middle of it.
