He did not say he was oc but he did just tell all you fans who are complaining and wanting Frank fired that he like every other not spotlighted coach on the offensive part of the ball have responsibilities to aspects of the offence it’s just not Frank’s scheming, designing, making calls, or deciding of his own free will. So again like I’ve said and like he said it’s not all on one person and some are in the spotlight and some are not. First thing you sports watching fans need to get is this players work as a team to win and coaches work as a team to lead and give the best plan they can to there players to win as a team

Is that on the whole staff to cuz you his has been a problem since he got here. What about the offensive line literally NEVER getting help. Been a problem since he got here. What about throwing wr screens on 3rd and long just lose yards? Been a problem since he’s got here. @Kevin Hellard How many of them were “veterans” that were going to an alleged “QB whisperer” head coach? Even when Rivers was here and they won 11 games, his playcalling was still questionable at best. You cannot blame personnel for the head coach’s shortcomings when the head coach is the one calling plays.

This man is a charismatic leader. What a first presser. Strong mentality and message. Can we replace Frank with him and see what we have? Frank ain’t it we know that. Like Pagano A plus human, average coach. Like Sam let’s take a shot on traits, most strongly character and see what happens. If it works great, if it doesn’t we know what we need to do in the spring/summer/fall 2023
Scottie looks like the kind of guy who won’t tolerate nonsense and would get into someone’s a55 when they’re not performing. Give this man Reich’s job.
