Colts keep Matt Ryan

Sky

I’m tired of our defense doing everything they can to hold teams down despite injuries and never getting off the field, only for the offense to find ways to beat themselves every drive.

    James

The defence did not do what they usually do this game. Or the last game for that matter. But the field goal cost us the game last week and this week refs and a missed 1 yard finish cost us this one.

    Sky

@James Last week our defense held a team averaging 28 ppg to just 17, and held them down without a lead until the last minute and a half. Meanwhile, the offense did everything to not get first downs, Ryan’s play has been terrible, and whether it’s a decline in him or it’s lack of protection or both, a HOFer like him and the highest paid offensive line in the league should be doing more.

    James

@Sky I get and see what they did and did not do I used to play and I used to coach but that pi and that long late drive killed us but I blame that loss more on a FG miss then the d but they fell asleep on that one just like they did the drive the Steelers made that beat us. We can blame the fumble or we can blame Matt or time outs or the refs and the calls they missed lol. But point is they were both losses on the D remember they have accountability and they keep saying we want the game in our hands it was with the eagle drive and it was in the Steelers drive and they did not get the stop or the FG hold.

    James

@Sky facts are Ryan needs to play better and so does the OLine but the guys who got paid the money they did earned it with years of high level production so I’m tired of hearing people cry it’s the highest payed OLine in the league like it’s the money or those guys that are the problem there not the problem. It’s the vets who’ve failed to fill there roles Pryor played solid last year this yr trash, Dennis Kelly solid vet faltered, now they have a rookie these highest payed OLinemen have to trust and get on there page and level that takes time. And then RG new spot and fries is weaker then most on bull rushes expecially. Another guy the top guys have to learn to trust and get to there level. And if you think that’s gonna happen right away your wrong. Oh and don’t forget these guys put there ability to walk and life on the line for your entertainment. Also Braden Smith, Nelson, and Kelly have been playing with unresolved and unfixed injuries all year I would not, be surprised if one did not retire and the other need surgery this off season. But I assure you if Glow, Chris Reed, and contonzo and don’t forget jack Doyle the top blocking TE was still here are OLine would still be the best in the league. It takes time, and experience to gel when your working as a wall of protection if one piece is off it all falls apart it’s the weak links fault not the whole o-line.

Sky

We have the highest paid offensive line in the league. Supposed to have high character athletes. What happened between last year and this year to cause this drop off besides getting paid?

    B K

A QB that can’t move and no Shaq Leonard.

    Need Caleb Williams at QB

KingKracker

the Ofensive scheme is so trash. no runs to the outside, dont play to guys strengths, why no jet sweeps with Parris or screens to Parris. only run up the middle. never get JT any space. just bad scheme.

Mike Kelso. Jr

I like the way he takes blame for his mistakes !! 👍

    spottskelly

    I couldn’t agree more

    cellmate1

I disagree!!! That’s what Reich did!!! He never held players accountable!! Call guys out

    Nolan Duncan

    @cellmate1 he does

Hi, Coach Jeff!🥰

Play with focus, confidence and unity. There are new parts on the team. Once the team gets use to the new rotation… Things will keep improving. When you get the ball… HOLD the ball with confidence. More 1st downs offense UP the field. Matt constantly passing in close proximity shows to be not as effective. Make those men run further down the field. More 2nd, 3rd and 4th downs defense. Every man on defense and offense must hold off their contender during the plays with penalties.

Parks called great plays!🥰👍🏾💯 Get the play in place, but then take the time necessary to reset the positions and catch your breaths.👍🏾💯 It just looked like everyone was scrambling around.

Communicate. Communicate on that field, and DRIVE that ball with confidence not just through the defense but find openings up the field for a 1st down or TD.

You all are just as good as everyone else… Rookie or veteran. Act like it. I CAN’T STAND when commentators and critics put emphasis on veteran and rookie. They are either implying someone is washed up or not skilled enough to do their job. REALLY?! So… that’s why they are pros right?😂🤣 Oh my goodness PEOPLE!🤦‍♀️👀

LET’S GO COLTS NATION! You are doing GREAT! I love y’all! Family!🥰

    PhantomZ

Yeah the announcers were so negative and kinda unfair tbh. They just wrecked people they didnt think twice.

Sean McKelvie

I miss Jim Mora: “Playoffs?! Playoffs!!! I just hope we can win a game.” FYI, JT needs to train harder in the pass game. Blitzers need to know when they have come into contact with him.

Caleb Williams for QB

    Adam Hall

Lmao not eligible until next year

    Jim Irsays Sponsor

@Adam Hall damn u right I feel dumb

    Adam Hall

@Jim Irsays Sponsor all good lol based on where we’ll be drafting, my vote is for Anthony Richardson, he’s raw but a ton of potential, check out his game

eazibaby eaZI

raimann graded 92 on pff. he was argubably the best last night

Jerry Dover

Sounds just like frank, maybe we can practice outside in the rain this week. Taylor’s the only playmaker we have on offense, receivers tight ends and qb are all garbage.

Justin Tyme

Saturday should be the O-line coach. Hire Eric Bieniemy as the head coach. #coltsfaninhawaii

Justin Tyme

We do better in a no-huddle offense 👍 Should keep that going throughout the whole game. #coltsfaninhawaii

Los O

Someone tell those offensive linemen, if they’re having trouble blocking with their hands go old school and bang with your fists and control the left n right with the elbows. And focus on the waist.
And how about receivers break away from their routes when they’re shut down and go and find an open spot. Or run double move routes if they can’t get open on the regular.
Focus. Stay focused – everyone

Troy Brown

When everyone watching knows to take a timeout. It is inexcusable

Rico Suave

For someone that has been to everyone home game this season, we are absolute trash. I’m nothing but disappointed. Especially for how much Jim was hyping this team up. It’s like they don’t even believe in themselves.

PhantomZ

Im just gonna copy and paste what I tweeted last night: “He is!! He literally is dude. But he is doing great things for the Colts Organization and give him time he will be a very very good coach. But has done what Id argue no other coach has done in NFL history. I could be wrong here it may have been done once before” this was a reply to the post saying he is an Amature.

I have so much respect for Jeff & Parks.

PhantomZ

I gotta state this, Jeff is so humble I’ve never seen this much authenticity from a Coach in the NFL. Possibly Dungy but I was a really little kid back then

minh bach

you can not fumble on the goal line this man made no excuse this team may not win many more game but the players will run through the wall for this coach

Scott Bolander

I like Saturday but much of this presser is him kind of babbling because he does not seem to have insider knowledge on what is going on with defense and special teams. He may not have the time and figures that those units are being handled. But sort of defeats the point of a presser if he can’t answer questions about the entire team.

Hell, let us hear from Bubba. Seems like a good dude.

Geek Verve

I love his authenticity and accountability. That said, when he said “the effort was there”, it game me pause. I noticed several instances during the game that I could only describe as “low effort” plays from different players. On another note, Ryan just isn’t getting it done. If he doesn’t get rid of the ball in 2-seconds, the wheels fall off of his game. His accuracy has taken a nosedive this season. He always looks like he’s playing scared out there and he seems to have lost ALL pocket presence. Let Ehlinger finish out the season for us.
