    I think it’s just about being that guy every day. It’s one thing when you put in a face for the coaches, put on another face for the players, another for home, another for media.
    This is just him 24/7. And the players seem to feed off it too. Got a lot of good energy hyper guys 😂. Graham, Slay also big time good energy hyper guys.

    @ryan quinn a very underrated reason why Howie is such a great GM. Not only has he been able to restructure all these guys so they can stay as long as they have while adding other talent, but knowing how important building and maintaining a culture with players like them is to an organization’s success

    @ryan quinn yeah no doubt. He’s a huge driving factor in the culture. Same with the philanthropy the team is involved in. The things the Eagles Autism Foundation do alone are pretty incredible

I love Nick as our coach man! He’s fun, passionate, energetic and smart! I feel like the culture of remembering to have fun and love what you do has been one of the biggest factors why we have such great chemistry in the locker room and that chemistry and culture is 70% the reason why we’re playing so good. Less pressure. I feel like this season the birds took an approach of we know we’re good. We know we have top talent. Now let’s go out there and work hard, play hard and whatever happens happens, but let’s remember to have fun with it and good things will happen.
