Howie’s role needs to change if he is to continue with this team… Gannon… I just think he is way to soft in his schemes… With the defensive personnel we have we should be blitzing 20 times a game (in my opinion)… Now on offense, if we had a veteran WR (not just a tight end) we would see even more improvement in our passing game… Nick has tremendously turned the offense around since we played the Raiders… The running game is stellar and Jalen is really able to get in a groove… If we play in the 1st half, like we do in the second half of our games, we would be overwhelmingly dominant in my opinion… We gotta stop playing from behind

Honestly, Siri isn’t doing TOO bad now. He seems to be showing signs of development. It’s gannon that’s the problem. Siri shoulda pulled the smart rookie HC move and hired experienced coordinators to help him.
