yall was slandering dawg last yr after he came in for Tru after that bonehead int & won that Falcons game. started 3-1 before the OL FOLDED & was hurt and went on the losing streak then here come yall saying they got better after the losing streak when Tru was the starter again not taking into account they found the right lineup during the bye and the comp was lions, texans, jags. Tru came out of the bye week and STUNK against the packers but at least our run game was finally established

2. Nick Foles proved it was stupid to pay Andy Dalton the money they did.

No one new the Bears were going to be able to get Fields in the draft. Pretty sure the original plan was to go through this season with Dalton and Foles. Now if Pace knew for sure that he was going to go for a QB in the draft, then yes signing Dalton was a dumb idea.
Bear down – way to rock Nick! I’ve admired Nick Foles maturity, fight and leadership, especially since he joined the Bears. How much better would Bears be with better talent evaluation and coaching?

@JSH Hawk I mean I deep down want Foles to start, but realistically they are going to give the job to fields. He’s shown some great signs of improvement but at the same time just doesn’t look ready or comfortable yet. Fumbles 2 times every game at this point and doesn’t give his receivers a chance.
@Chowcago no that’s the opposite. His receivers dont GIVE HIM a chance. Our receivers lead the league in drops. There was 5 drops, 2 for TDs alone in that Vikings game. Fields has ZERO help.

Have always liked Foles. This is why I believed da Bears had a real chance today. He never quits & continually performs in big moments. Humbly gives all the credit to his teammates. Very happy for him & da Bears. Great team win !!
