    @Semion Johnson good thought, but doesn’t work since that’s the case for other teams as well. I know Atlanta had the lead and then lost at the end to the Saints by 1, lost to the Rams by 4 and then beat Seattle by 4. Off that thought, they should be higher than the Raiders due to the record then.

    Because the weekly power rankings don’t just look at records. They look at future schedules, present talent on the team, likely trend of the team, etc. The Bears for example are 2-1, but no one is truly taking that seriously because the Bears will most likely taper off throughout the season and won’t hold that for long. Whereas the Raiders might be 0-3, but the power rankings figure that they have too much talent to be in the loss column for long.

    @Anthony Puccini I like your explanation of these power rankings. I, too would put rank the Raiders a lot lower but your explanation of why they have a higher rank does make sense. I really want to put them as low as possible but there are teams that are way worse such as the Texans and Commanders

Buffalo is a great team, but when you lose the way they loss, you cant just drop them 1 spot. You cannot justify over 400 yard of offense and only score 17 offensive pts. Buffalo should be #3 top. Other teams will break down the Bills and they have Miami again.

    @Zay The Bills offense was completely healthy heading into the game minus like 1 lineman (the Center). Everyone else was in and out of the game due to the heat. Same thing happened to Fins players. Stop the excuses.

    I’m a Dolphins fan but I still have the Bills rated #1. I had a feeling the Dolphins could win on Sunday because the game was in the Miami heat. The Bills offense controlled time of possession but by the 4th quarter they were gassed. Miami has been very good at continuing to be aggressive to the final whistle.

This list seems to have several mistakes. Jags at 18 is just wrong. They didn’t just win 2 games. They DOMINATED and TRASHED their opponent. The Panthers is unranked and the Saints occupied 2 places. One for Jamies and one for Taysom? 🥴🥴

    Panthers should be anywhere between 19 to 23 or higher if possible but I agree on the errors and I really would love to rank my Panthers as high as possible if it were up to me

As an Eagles fan, we have THE easiest schedule in the entire league. Gotta wait until we play team like the Cards, Colts, Parkers and Titans before crowning us best team in the league but gotta respect the love. Go birds 🦅❤️
