Many people seem to be confused as to what a power ranking is so basically it’s a roster ranking rather than a win/loss ratio ranking which is why the Bengals are 12th and the Eagles are above the Bucs because the Bengals despite losing have a good roster and the Bucs have multiple injuries which is why they’ve dropped despite winning its more about the potential of your roster to perform than wins and losses
