I don’t understand these mocks that have anything else but OL. The huge problem we had with Darnold was zero Oline help. We can’t be drafting another QB and turn a blind eye on OL again.

Uhhh yeah, exactly like Sam…you know… Minus all of the Darnold turnovers at USC that carried over to the Jets. But Wilson knows how to take care of the ball. Fields reminds me of every other OSU QBs who turned pro. A major disappointment.

@Derrick York Fields has actually performed at a much more consistent level than any of the previous OSU QBs. He ain’t just a typical Ohio State quarterback, he’s legit. Just a matter of what exactly do you want when choosing between Wilson and Fields.

I hope the Jets avoid Wilson.

@Prestige Shogun Okay. But not one person has said that. Media outlets have no clue what they are talking about. If you ask them what makes them believe that Wilson is going at #2, their reasonings are off of speculation and hype. I don’t believe JD will go off of speculation and hype. However, if what you say is true, then I hope the Jets trade out of #2, get more draft picks and build around Justin Fields.

@soulfulcrown we got enough already, why build around a worse prospect when we can build around a better one. Makes no sense to trade down and take a bum like Fields.

@Prestige Shogun okay, that’s what I was getting to. You don’t like Fields. That’s fine. He’s a bum? Lol comical. Better prospect? Easily Debatable for multiple reasons. Trade down to get another 1 for next year IF Fields is supposedly dropping to the 2nd round (not likely). We’re all rooting for JD to make the best choice. I’ll leave it at that.
