If Surtain, pitts or parsons somehow drop out of top 10 we should look to move up

Josh should say, I will work with you, but.
Next year when Josh wins a Super bowl, he will have a ligament voice yelling down from the top of a mountain, show me the money.

Have to Agree with #89 Tasker. I’d get rid of our later rounds and trade up in round 3 again and maybe trade back into 2nd. That gives us 5 eligible players that will see field as starter or at least in rotation. And always draft your free agent replacements now not only upgrade your team. D LINE, DB, O LINE, TE, AND MAYBE LB OR ANOTHER DB. DON’T KNOW IF WE RESIGN TARON JOHNSON

5th year Josh and Tremaine to buy you time

I’m not buying that nonsense of people just assuming a pick next year is worth more then one this year. That’s pretty much someone saying “there was covid this year so all the players this year are automatically worst because of it”, how does that make sense? It doesn’t. And don’t tell me about “uncertainty” its the same every year, just look at the history of the draft. There is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY EVER that a team will give up a 6th thus year for a 7th next year. That’s just the media being absolutely stupid, and not thinking anything through.

Now may the pick have a different value thus year, sure. But the arguement is just stupid. And the talent pool is “thin” thus year is a horrible argument… its SUPPLY AND DEMAND. a market with less makes stuff more valuable, not less valuable.

Sorry for ranting, but this argument is really bothering me allot. It makes absolutely no sense, and its clear people don’t actually think stuff through.
