As a Bills fan, Marcus Jones’s play was the best game ending of the whole season.

I can’t believe that ending. Both teams struggled all game only for the game to end like that and for the first punt return td of the year (for any team) WHAT a time for it to come though.
First one was actually against the bears earlier in the day. It’s what caused us to blow a ten point lead one play after getting it 😩

@Walker1444 Okay um a kickoff is when you’re giving it to the opposition after a score or the beginning of the half (Because of coin toss results/decisions)
Punt is when you fail to convert a first down after 3 tries and you give it to the opposition after your turn. You normally punt on 4th down so you can influence the opposition’s field position and make it harder for them to go up the field because of further distance.
Ideally you constantly want to kickoff because that means your scoring and if you constantly punt you’re coming up empty-handed after your possessions. And if your opponent gets a punt return td. It’s normally more frustrating because your team couldn’t get anything going.
Note the extreme case of this game. All game it was 3 to 3 and the pats only won because of a punt return after the last jets failed drive. Had the jets scored quicker (and if there were time left on the clock) they would be kicking it off to the Patriots after their score. That’s the difference between the two. Hope that helps.

If you’re a Patriot fan, you have to be ecstatic about the way you won this on special teams. If you are a Jets fan, you are disappointed that you could not even score a TD in this game

Nah, I’m a Pats fan thats mad our offense didn’t score anything, the defense did there job, the field goal team missed a couple but got one, and the return team got 6 and we have the Vikings next and coming off that embarrassing lost there looking for blood and if we play like that there gonna drag us

@ACR The Jets went from being one of the worst teams in the NFL to one of the most overrated, and are still very mediocre. Despite their record, the Browns, Bears, Steelers, and Lions are all better than the Propeller Planes. All show, no go.
Facts….they really surprised me with there performance…. Had loss though the punt return kick killed them if only the kicker had put his body on the line to prevent the touch down…

Pretty crazy how the Pats could’ve very well been 24-0 against the Jets since that Playoff game. Those last 2 games the Jets beat them in went to OT and both had bs endings with the 2015 match up having the coin toss fiasco and the 2013 match up having the bs penalty in which the Pats would’ve won if it wasn’t called. 14 win streak is still nice

I was there and it was deceptively cold. One of the ugliest games I saw live. I have seen AFC Championship wins there and the crowd was equally lit for that return. Bill was super giddy during postgame. A special teams victory is special for the Hoodie.

That was a soul crushing game for a Jets fan.
Defensive grudge match. The Jets actually brought a stout defense and it showed big time. Happy to see the Pats win one of these games were both Offenses were pushed around only to see them adapt and win with the special teams.
That was an unbelievable defensive game with a great ending. But I did notice a possible Block in the back, but I’m glad for the no call
