Not a coincidence the losses have come after forcing Etienne into the J Rob role early. They don’t have a red zone/ 3rd and 1 back with Etienne.

I’m absolutely astonished that our head coach who has turned this team around in so many ways decides to set us 2 seasons back by consistently taking unnecessary gambles on 4th down. There is a gargantuan difference in being aggressive and confident and being outright greedy and irrational. It’s the top of the 4th and our offense is rolling with a 4 point lead driving down the field. We call a great reverse that should’ve been a first down , horrible spot wasn’t even brought out to measure by the garbage NFL refs and the spot doesn’t get challenged when it’s an obvious first, then after getting stuffed on 3rd and 1 up the middle you call an identical play on 4th and 1 and get stuffed again when you could’ve extended your lead and put pressure on the opposing away team to score a touchdown to tie. I’ve made at least 20 posts about it because I can’t get over it I can’t get over how analytics are preached and a team that’s struggling in the red zone and struggling to score points on a 3 game losing streak decides to not take the points in the beginning of the .4th quarter with plenty of time in the game. I have no problem being aggressive on 4th but at what point does the light bulb click on and you recognize the situational impact of the gamble of going for the first down like the team NEEDS a touchdown when they already have a 4 point LEAD, I really liked how Doug had this team playing it looked promising but now it just looks like a mess , more 12 men on the field , more of the same things we saw last season you take the FG and the points and make the opposing team score a touchdown if they don’t score a touchdown you could have got the ball back ran clock and scored another FG to make it a 2 possession game in the 4th quarter , the offense has been moving the ball all season and it’s not good enough for the coach , we have to be greedy in unnecessary situations and then it costs us the entire game bc you can’t make the right call as the head coach and play caller , i really like Doug but I’ve never been more disappointed in a coaching decision that I can remember in my entire life watching my team that I literally will fight for in person

    Never 🤣😃 HA

What the hell happened to the rest of the show???? This is some bs

I think going for it every fourth down is telling the defense I don’t believe in you. At some point you gotta lean on the defense if the offense is in position to score points.

Heathen

Jags looked like they never prepared for Jones running at all
