defense coach always told me everyone to the ball we would run a side line drill and every defense player must run in front of the ball career or we do the drill again and after ten times doing it everybody pushes each other to get in front of the ball career because the defense unit is gassed and feeling sick at that point!!! u need to take a perfect angle to get to the ball career you can’t beat him in a foot race!!!
