Maybe let Special teams coach Mike Priefer coach like he did when Kevin & multiple other coaches were out (Covid) last year in the Wild card game they won against the Steelers. First time since 2003 Browns beat the Steelers at their home. 😊

@Edward Gaines Good point. With all the drops this year, obvious we need better receivers. Even Landry has been unreliable. The best players are all banged up!
Since we lost trade ability with OBJ, maybe we’ll get some drafts another way. 😕

@Boscolegendtm Cleveland Both sides @fault. No excuse for Baker getting so banged up, their QBs had very good coverage & scheme adjustments during the game. Thinking maybe an older more seasoned coach would have done better. Baker needs to heal & can’t make great plays if he’s constantly getting hurt, especially if he can’t rely on protection.
Didn’t really expect them to win, but didn’t expect it to be this bad. OBJ’s very public letter might have kept that drama going, but our guys need to concentrate on this season! 😟

Anyone who saw this game knows the Browns got outcoached. It didn’t take Myles saying it. Sad thing is that the offense was outcoached worse than the defense but this loss will get blamed on the defense. This is about as sad as it gets between the penalties, the playcalling(both sides) and the overall poor preparation.

Even when the Patriots got penalties, like Holding, and where 1st & 20, they still got 15 yards! Even when Myles sacked Mack for a loss of 3rd & 13, the Pats got the 1st down. Except for Myles, the entire defense just disappeared. No resistance hardly.

It’s the seeming lack of preparation and the complete inability to adjust on the fly when things go sideways that gets me. I have no doubt that Stefanski is a smart guy who works incredibly hard. But….he needs to stop with the excuses (if I hear “I need to put these guys in positions to succeed” or “I need to be better” anymore…). Yoda it – Try not. DO!!!

Hers one thing Bill Belichick did he coached the Brows before they left Cleveland and went to the playoffs and beat the Bill Parcels led Patriots and when he was fired from Cleveland he joined the Patriots and they went to a superbowl…..12 appearances total how many people can say that ….none I’m aware of

I’m sorry I thought that was you talking about we not counting assistant coaches rings and how Belichick wasn’t born until Brady came along try to remember this Without Belichick there may never be a Brady as he was taken near the end of the draft so no one cared about the guy to begin with and he ended up in a really good spot image him landing in Detroit in the beginning

Joe woods is a failure, we are seeing the same thing as last year with our defense and Kevin stefanski is no better. We need to hand over play calling to veteran coaches. Thanks to Kevin, we lost to the Chiefs last year, he coached such a weak game plan. I watched him lose a playoff game with Minnesota the year prior. Didn’t like the idea of having him as a coach, wish we would have gotten McDaniels. Kevin doesn’t coach like a warrior.

Myles Garrett had that one sack then Bill belichick took him right out of the game as well and nobody else stepped up. That man is a pure genius at game-planning. Obviously I knew he was a Hall of Fame coach before this game but this game left me speechless on how great he really is at game playing for a team. They’d beat us up and down the field in every aspect of football yesterday
