Mobile Ticketing Instructions | Cleveland Browns

Browns Fans – Mobile tickets are required at all Cleveland Browns games and there are important log-in changes for 2020 to keep your account safer than ever. The first time you sign in you will be asked to reset your password and verify your phone and email address. This can be done in the app or on the Browns Account Manager website.

Upon verification, you'll be able to use the same email and password combination, whether on Browns Account Manager or Ticketmaster.com.

Step 1. Download the latest version of the Cleveland Browns app and select "Tickets" from the menu.

Step 2. Select the Access Your Tickets button and then the Ticketmaster button.

Step 3. Log in with the email address and password associated with your Browns account.

Step 4. Update your password by selecting the blue link that says "Let's get you a new password and entering your email address."

Step 5. Check your email for a one-time code. Upon entering it, select a new password.

Step 6. Enter your phone number to receive a verification code via text message.

Step 7. Review and accept the updated Ticket Back Terms prior to each event.

Step 8. Manage your Tickets. You will see a listing for each of your events. Select "View Barcode" to display the moving barcode and display for the ticket taker at the gate. We recommend that iOS users select "Add to Wallet" for fastest entry. Adding tickets to your wallet can be done in advance of the event and requires that fans have the passcode enabled on their phones. Continue watching for instructions on how to enable your passcode. Remember, printed tickets are not available and screenshots will not work for stadium entry.
