Stop being ignorant. Make sure you get in the every single day practices and meetings too, as well as your workout sessions with your trainers, not quite one day a week

When I had it I was advised to quarantine for 10 days regardless if I had symptoms or not. By day 5 I felt fine but it didn’t matter if I felt well or not, you have to quarantine for at least 10 days. And must be symptom free obviously.
