A lot of people forget this..but Packers were ripped initially for hiring McCarthy. He was o coord with 49ers the year before when they had the worst ranked offense and got the 1st pick. It was way more Favre and Rodgers making his life easy then vice versa. Now we’re seeing his true colors as a HC without a HOF QB in place. It’s early, but I don’t think this is gonna get any better. Garrett was an average coach, but at least he had respect and continuity with his players. Cowboys are a mess right now. It’s a bunch of players, but not a team. The way the o-line barely responded when Dalton got knocked out says it all

    @Kenny 10 McCarthy had a .360 record when Rodgers was hurt. He carried that franchise on his back when McCarthy was there and everyone is seeing how bad of a coach he is now. There is a reason why they got rid of him. He got lazy and his offensive scheme was out of date and Rodgers was sick of it. McCarthy wouldn’t even show up for Saturday walkthroughs and Rodgers lost his patience with him. He had issues ever having a great defensive coaching staff when he was in Green Bay with Rodgers at QB, they only had a top 10 defense like twice in his 13 yrs there and when they went 15-1 they had the worst defense in the NFL but they won because Rodgers threw 45 tds to 5 ints that season. He only won a Super Bowl cause Rodgers had one of the greatest postseasons by a QB in NFL history. Now Cowboy fans see why Packer fans tried to warn them about him. He’s a bad coach that has had the game pass him by and he was carried by 2 all time great first ballot hofers.
