HC McCarthy is consistently thorough in every element of his coaching
(Granted he’s not perfect/nor does he have to be)
He seems to be the belt of a Roman soldiers amour that the breastplate, sword, mallet, water, pick and lower extremities armour etc all hinge

Conditioning/Training/Mgmt/Asst Coaching/Scheme/Details etc
His getting to the SB is necessary experience to be in position to win it
I’ve yet to feel regret in Jerry hiring him

Our players ate balling out for him and his staff contrary to past yrs

It be pretty cool to see Micah play running back sometime just to see what he could do maybe and that aint saying I don’t wanna see him stay at LB cause obviously we need him to play LB but we ever get another lead like we had against wft then I say let the man run the rock on a series or 2, could be interesting fs!! Everyone believes Moore and Quin are the reasons for our success and part of it is true but this man is the main reason why our team is working on all cylinders. We need to stop saying who is the better coach and give credit where credit is due.

I like McCarthy he’s laid back enough to let the players be themselves but also when they’re not doing good or when it’s time to be about business he makes sure the teams on their P’s and Q’s and is serious mode he’s one reason why we’re playing like we are
