    @Haruun Abduul he runs a 4.53 which is blistering for a 6’5 230 pound receiver. He just doesn’t have the speed to out run the DB’s that all run 4.3 and 4.4’s but he does have size and uses it to his advantage. No one can really cover him in man coverage.

    @BE4ST name another receiver that has straight seasons with over 1000 yards, including his rookie season, and most of his career he has played with garbage QB’s. He is clearly one of the best to ever do it.

    @Eugene Weeks yah but I think he could. For example he caught a 30 yrd this week when the bucs were pinned in the red zone and he coulda turned up field and out run the DB. Instead he pulled up cause he didn’t trust that he could outrun him. 40 yrd dash doesn’t mean anything tbh jerry rice timed slower than him and still use to turn 5 yrd slants into 60 yrd tds

The reason for Mike’s success, as I have seen… he doesn’t just run down the field. He keeps tabs on Brady’s situation, and will alter his route, to give Brady an “out”. It’s beautiful.

    That’s what most people don’t understand. Routes are always changing based on what the defense actually does. If a safety bites, if a linebacker showing blitz falls back into coverage, etc. You have to know where to go and that’s what Brady is expecting. That’s why he has guys like Gronk, AB, Moss, Edelman, who are on the same page.

Mikes been double covered his whole career and most CB’s have a Pass interference or 2 against him every game. He’s already getting a yellow jacket for Hall of Fame, but I can see him being among the top 3 WR’s that ever played. Along with Moss and Rice.
