Nice guy, old nice feller, but unsure about the fit. I feel like a young, spry, clever modern play-caller is what we may need. Not that the offense didn’t look average to above average, OK on Sunday, … but just feel like more energy at the position would be better.

2 min offense was good ….. so go no huddle as much as possible…..

Like he said ..Defenses are bringing an extra guy in the box, that equals 8 in the box, that is a visual key showing 1 deep safety, playaction in that scenario is a first option but so is a 2 TE set as a max protection look and having only 3 receivers going down field with 2 crossing routes and 1 deep down the seam or a deep corner route depending on what hash the offense is on, slide the offensive line to the TE that stays to help block with an option to release late (delayed) if need be. There’s more than one way to skin a cat…….

I’m not against Gailey, but we need YOUNG coaches that will grow and develop, if we keep getting 1 and done coaches we will never become great.

When you spent 4 downs on the 1 yrd line and can’t convert that’s a problem Sir don’t care what team your with!!!
