I have a bone spur and need surgery and recovery is 12 weeks. This will be my second surgery for a bone spur in my left ankle. There is no way he comes back in 3 to 4 weeks after surgery dude

I’m just happy we finally have a HC who understands strategy & gamesmanship.
Under Garrett (and many others) we played football like we now conduct war: tell them what you’re going to do, when you’re going to do & who you’re going to do it to BEFORE execution of the plan. Parity in the NFL has changed being able to be that over confident.

I thing they should prioritize their spending and drafting on the OL. Through the years, as long as the team had a good, available OL, the team has had a shot at going deep in the playoffs. When has defense ever carried this team? I would use the money on gallup (and eventually lamb), and any OL whose deal is nearing the end first before using any cap space on a defensive player. The investments on tyron, martin, frederick (before he retired),and cooper have paid off. When was the last time they spent big to re-sign a defensive player that paid off? Maybe Ware, maybe. But that may be it.

    @Jeremy Farrell that makes no sense. “only using past results.” What else do you use? their greatest success since the mid-2000s has been first round OL and a smattering of OFA OL. Jones and too many fans lie to make “prisoner of the moment” decisions despite little evidence that it works–in fact, it blows up in their faces time after time. Jaylon being the most recent.

    @Jeremy Farrell i don’t think anyone will trade for a retired Ed Reed. And yes, decisions based on prisoner the moment are exactly what Jerry and a number of Cowboys fans clamor for, seemingly every year. First it was Jaylon, and then LVE, now Gregory. They don’t remember the Crawford or Ratliff decisions. Gregory hasn’t played a full season yet in his entire Dallas career, and you want to roll out the brinks after 7 games. And I don’t think you understand the term, “prisoner of the moment” if you are using Gallup as an example. He has done well and been productive when he is on the field for the past four years. that is a proven track record to at least consider him for a second deal. that is not prisoner of the moment. that is based on a proven track record with this club.

    @Norm Lee yeah…uhh I was not talking about resigning Gallup at all, I think it’s a good idea, I was talking about trading him just bc some think we are fine without him. Being a prisoner of the moment would be thinking Wilson offers the same or more than Gallup and deciding that you don’t need to resign him bc of his performance this year. You seem to think being a prisoner of the moment only entails signing someone that you personally don’t like.
