Why is Ted Phillips’ last job is helping to choose his successor? What’s wrong with a clean break, just like with the old HC and GM regime. Let the new President put their own fingerprint on this organization.

    Realistically (not arguing, just informing from experience) in some organizations there is so much going on that criss crosses, you have to keep some gears in motion to avoid destruction or confusion. It would be nice tho. Just sometimes not feasible. Personally, I think Ted did good for an accountant. Football is hard. It takes a certain…mile long stare.
