Bill Brown played in Eastern Michigan college, born in Rochester Michigan. So he was born only an hour from where he eventually played.
I hate to say it because I loved watching Maxx last year but he might have been a fluke. Us fans should have cautious optimism. He’s got good moves and a *great* motor but he basically tackled the QB every time he got his hands on him which is unsustainable. Nobody is that successful. Plus his play against the run was terrible apart from Tackles for Loss but that’s because he is sprinting into the backfield and not setting an edge. He’ll overrun a lot of plays if he doesn’t work on that. He had the same issue in college.
That being said though, I hope I’m wrong because I want the best for all Raiders, and Crosby is a good man and a hard worker.
Let’s just not get our hopes up just yet.
