James Sherman

MAKE SURE U TEACH R DB’S TO LOOK BACK AND PLAY THE BALL COACH!!!!!!#WEDEMBOYS!!!

    Marcusfabious Maximus

Kelly Dardeen saw that, I was never taught that and never taught my son, so many times players can knock it down or INT the ball looking back. The college guys believe you loose speed looking back.

    Trey Ward

James Sherman you and I are on the same page they need to get there head around

    Capital City Music Man

    RIGHT!

    Mawashi Geri

I like how everyone on the internet knows technique better than the coaches… there is a reason why you have DBs watch the receivers and not the ball. If you’re looking for the ball you are more likely to lose the receiver if he goes for a double move or whatever. There’s a time and place for both techniques. Looking for the ball can get more turnovers but looking at the receiver can help keep tighter coverage and stop receptions. It’s about balancing those techniques.

    Darkworld 1006

@Mawashi Geri clearly it wasnt working. Richard should’ve taught them to look for the ball because it’s a lot easier to swat the ball away when you look for the ball instead of looking for the receivers

jeremy x

I like this guy’s entire persona
He actually flows in speech, laughter, facts, morals…..and most importantly,
Dallas Cowboys Football flows through his veins
😁

    daniel

@Ms. Felony Strutter a cowboy fan who lives in philly? Bless your soul

YDCFF

It’s always nice to see a young coach get his first job in the NFL. I am impressed. I like his coaching philosophy and his attitude. Too many times coaches get caught up in athleticism and forget about intelligence. I think he will be an outstanding coach with some good insight on which DBs to draft.

Leland DeSelle

Does this mean that Donovan Wilson will get some play now????

RC

Cool, now go draft Mr Delpit from LSU & let them get to work.

RealG

His vibe is so refreshing and positive. He will do big things.

J. Won

Handled the questions with a smile. Like this guy already. Let’s go!
