What are you even trying to argue anymore. Ik it’s the ultimate team game, you’re the one giving Wentz and foles too much praise and giving Ryan too much shade. It took a team to win that eagles sb and it took a team to lose the falcons sb. In neither of those cases does the quarterback deserve all the blame or credit

@Tech S It was an amazing team at times for the 2017 season but that does not diminish Wentz and his play that year. So yes I will compare it to Mannings last season. That SB Eagles year had players doing their parts when it mattered most to get the win but Wentz still had to ball out during games. That last Manning season he was carried by the defense and was not putting up the numbers he did the season he lost the SB to Seattle. Which means any decent QB could of came in to win that those games with that defense. With the Eagles they played really bad on offense at first with Foles because the Coaches had to change the plays being called to fit Foles. That took them a few weeks to see and get right. Im just saying give Wentz credit because with the weapons others like Brady had he can ball out too!

@The Hoff you’re just hating on Matt lol . Wentz is good imo but Ryan’s a hall of famer bro. He’ll have a very good season.

@Tech S also, he helped make some of those stud wide receivers Hall of famers. Look at Julio now without Matt ryan? Look at Roddy White without Matt Ryan. He made Pitts look like a future Hall of Famer last season. We’ll see how that one goes without Matt Ryan. Just saying!

@The Hoff we can’t accurately tell after one week that Wentz is better than Matt Ryan. In my opinion, and I do respect yours but I know that Wentz always looks to the big play and being the hero. It costed the colts some games last season. I think it will also affect commanders in some big games as well. But we will see at the end of the season who is better

@Justin Williams Ryan for most of his career had great WRs with Jones possibly being a future HoF WR. Other than 2017 and possibly now who has Wentz had to throw to that was a good WR core?

@DJ Abcool Well last year Wentz really only had Pittman as a decent healthy WR. But yes this year will show even more Wentz is better!

@Justin Williams not a lot of Eagles fans like Wentz that much honestly. But with good WR core the guy shines. Look at Rodgers now that he lost his WRs from last year. Ryan had great WRs for most of his career. With a good WR core in 2017 Wentz was almost MVP. Getting hurt is why he was not. And even in 2019 Wentz had good stats with Scrub WRs. It was when he lost his OLine and WRs in 2020 that he could not play so well. But what QB is good with a hurt Oline and all Starting WRs out as well? None of them. So yes Wentz is better but all you have to do is understand it all to see that.

I know a lot of people that like are both Dawg and Colts fans weirdly enough.

He looks like hes plating harder than he did his last couple seasons with the falcons.

alternative being Wentz? Because Wentz won and had 4 TDs which is the second most passing TDs this week. Colts are wasting Taylor because they did not fix their real problem. The WRs not Pittman are garbage and that Oline is still not elite at pass protection.
