Ever since David Tepper bought the Panthers, there has not been a single shred of success. Baker sucks, Darnold sucks, Rhule sucks, but Tepper is the root of it all.
Yep they cut bait on Cam too quickly and it all went downhill from there. At least when Cam was here, he always had the city and the locker room behind him. Now there is nothing special driving this team.
Tepper doesn’t bring success to a sporting team, neither does any owner. It’s the coaches/staff.
Amazing how quickly he parted ways with Miguel the HC for the Charlotte FC but can’t tell Fhule to get lost. Unbelievable.

Need new coach, new offensive coordinator, new qb, new tight ends and then see where it goes. Shouldn’t let go of hassan Reddick or Gilmore. And cj Henderson been giving up plays on defense. Maybe draft a qb

y’all don’t realize it would’ve been difficult to sign reddick and gilmore especially bc we thought we were getting deshaun watson so we needed the extra cap space. reddick was a big loss but gilmore is way past his prime and not worth the money
‘I have to see the tape” is code for “I have no idea what happened and am incapable of making in game adjustments.” They go in with one cookie cutter game plan and just leave it there.

For everyone saying what is the problem with Matt Rhule and what has he done to be fired let me ask you… his first year who got rid of our vets that help create a culture? Who brought in their coaching staff that clearly set our team back? Who has gone after qbs who are career back ups at best… when a coach is hired if you don’t like the veteran qb or think you can win with the one you have you draft one. All of these things have been horrible

I’ve been the biggest hype guy and optimist. Yesterday it finally hit me. I was mad after that game. Our defense can’t be out there for 80-90% of the game. It’s not sustainable. You can’t expect any defense to do that and not be gassed. They would get a stop and then Baker literally coughed it up the next play. I like Baker’s moxy, but what we’re currently doing isn’t working.
1-26 when opposing teams score 17+ pts. Matt, analytics says your process is not working. You have tried changing players, changing coaches and still WE LOSE. The consistent factor is you. Professionally speaking, this position needs more to succeed. #timeforchange
He’s also 0-23 when opposing teams score 22+ points as Panthers Coach..Rhule is in trouble..
