Going back on that whole “QB competition” and splitting reps in training camp was spot on by Rhule.
Darnold and Baker were both so awful that it was hard to tell who Sucked Less.

Baler has a qbr of 15.7 sam had a qbr of 32.8 on a worse team. Stats are stats
Sam did better with less weapons and no o line compared to what baker has right now
Sam out played him in trying camp and last year h did better job with worse online

You are absolutely right. These are some young very talented players and it’s tough to see their talents going to waste under this train wreck of a coaching staff.
As disappointed as I am with our play lately I find it sad that they ask such pointed questions about his job security. It just hurts. The question about college teams calling him is savage.

I am looking forward to piling up a bunch of losses, Rhule being fired at the end of the season, and drafting a new rookie qb with a top 3 pick. Pairing CJ stroud, Bryce young, or even will levis with a new offensive head coach with nfl experience (not college) will pay massive dividends come 2-3 years down the road.
