Because the focus shouldn’t be on Cam. Yes, he is the hype man, the encourager, the positive energy. And there is no doubt he played a factor in yesterdays win. However, we can’t rely on Cam’s energy to win every game. It has to be a team effort. Cam said it best himself, this isn’t about him, this is about winning and holding each other accountable, that means including himself. He shouldn’t be looked at as a god in comparison to the rest of team. Everyone has there job, and as pro’s the idea is to always execute whether your winning or losing.

A reporter asked Ron Rivera if he kept a game plan to use to shut cam down and he said that he actually had one saved.
Well the man has 9 years of intelligence on Cam Newton and knows his tendencies quite well. If there’s one man we should be worried about it’s not any one player on the field this coming Sunday. It’s the man in dark glasses standing on the sideline.
Matt looks like a man thinking “Why the hell did we try to move on from Cam in the first place?”
PJ and Cam Combo looked good. As excited as we are to have Cam back let’s not put everything onto Cam. It sounds like they are preparing Cam to be the starter and I hope he is ready and can perform. If PJ was to start and if issues occur then you can bring in Cam and everything he brings with him. If Cam starts and issues occur things could regress pretty quickly. Offensive line looked good in this game and this needs to continue. This as good as a game it was was only one game against an injured team.I am excited as all of us are but these guys have a lot of work in front of them to execute and perform. Especially when you look at the other powerhouses in the division and league. It was one game,not in the playoffs yet,not in the championship game, and not in the Super Bowl. A lot of positive potential moving forward. Excited to see what the future holds for the team.

Hope all of you still have some respect for our team’s former coach.Hated to see how his tenure ended here but we have an “opportunity” here to welcome him back and respect that he built an atmosphere that brought competitive teams that lead to a Super Bowl appearance and a few division championships. Jack Del Rio the WFT defensive coordinator was also our DC at one point and time. Despite how dysfunctional the Washington Organization may be they just took care of Tom Brady and Tampa and don’t think Rivera won’t take the “opportunity” of that momentum and knowledge of Cam’s abilities and have his team ready to put up a damn good effort in his old stomping ground.
To the Panthers Organization and Mr.Tepper:Please get us a pre game live stream with Cam’s reentry in Bank of America Stadium. There’s a whole lot more than 75000 people who want to experience this when it happens.

I think the refs were calling bs calls and were unfair. One call was positively a wrong call.

@Jeremy Helms I agree thats whats going to happen. But I have to agree with Sean that it’d be cool to see the NFL move into a dual quarterback phase. Watching that on Sunday was definitely exciting and different.
People keep giving Matt a bunch of crap, but just think about it, Matt has changed this team around really quick! Matt has literally fixed just about everything, the o- line is literally about the only thing now that needs fixed! People need to remember building something special is a marathon not a sprint! Yeah I’ll admit he made a mistake at choosing Sam as QB but other than that, Matt has made great decisions! Nobody is perfect other than God.
Urgency is right. You pay attention more and you’re more prepared.
