I’m not a panthers fan but many of y’all are forgetting In river boat Ron’s tenure his first two years were awful then he went on to become one of if not the best panthers coach of all time my point is to give rhule a chance imagine what would of happened if the bengals fired zac Taylor in his first year

I agree. I am a Panthers fan and honestly we have been too fast to give up on coaches with the exception of Dom Capers (we hit the ceiling with him), Seifert was too old to give more time. Foxy needed a qb after Jake fell off and lost the job due to that. Ron unfortunately never protected Cam and that single issue cost both of them. Matt should get at least another year but if you look at what the Steelers have done in their head coach position should be the gold standard. Patience wins. Look no further than Sam Darnold. That is what happens when you change coaching staffs every season.
@James Catoein the last few years leading up to Rivera being fired we were notorious for starting strong and losing the back half of our games.
@Robert Truesdale we’ve been losing the back half of our games since 2018. Pretty crazy but our record since that 2018 Steelers game is 16-41..
@James Catoe wild man, I’m hoping for a change. It’s an adjustment and consistency thing with me. Seems by halfway we’re figured out and we do nothing to combat that along with unfortunate injuries(which everyone has) and the drop off from our starters to our back ups has always been very lopsided

I think a lot of are fans forget that mat’s first year of coaching.. Covid hindered his process ex specially coming from being a college coach trying to develop are team.. to me this is year two for him.
