Sam played abysmally today. Holding onto the ball too long, awful decisions. Add to that, bad play calling again by Joe Brady, not running the ball enough again. Pass protection scheme on playaction bootleg is terrible. Someone needs to either block the end guy on the line or at least chip them to give the QB time to roll out without any pressure. That scheme can work in college with undisciplined players, but this is the pros.

Wondering tho, what was up with the 3 step drop. That’s what caused all of the blocked passes.
Can’t blame the turnovers because after the defenses 2nd pick the score was 7 to 6, those picks didn’t change the outcome of the game. Btw, this is what I saw from the couch, no game film, no access to the players or coaches on the sidelines.
