Yep excuses
This is great! Another week of excuses from Matt Rhule! I’ve waited 2 weeks to hear more excuses come out of this man’s mouth! This franchise is quickly becoming the laughing stock of the NFL. I bet Matt Rhule couldn’t even pull off a win against the Lions. This is just beyond embarrassing at this point. The panthers need a QB and coaching staff.

@Weez Mofu, I’m now of the attitude that I have always believed that Pittsburg has: more emphasis on solid performers at ALL positions; less emphasis on a few flashy players who will change the world for us immediately. That is not, of course, to say we don’t want to grab great players when we have the opportunity. Especially at QB, I am continually impressed at how difficult it is to identify college and young pro QBs who will develop into the great ones. At that position, I think I would put more emphasis on character, work ethic, intelligence, etc., as opposed to size, flashy skills, footwork, throwing motion, etc. A lot of the best QBs take time to develop and emerge. Ditto for tight ends, among others. Unbelievable that you can pick up an underachiever like Greg Olsen and have him emerge as a Hall-of-Fame type player. Over the history of the Panthers, I think that we have blown off QB talent that was on the roster but never seen what they could do with good protection and good receivers, especially short-yardage receivers like McCaffrey and Olsen. I knew that Ryan would find the receivers he needed for the first downs to close out today’s game.
And they need for y’all to stop crying and complaining because that’s making you look like a laughing stock

Its called a rebuild for a reason we wont be superbowl contenders year 2 the defense has heavily improved and that was his goal once he focuses on offense especially oline we will be a good team maybe if you payed attention to his goals and our team you would know that
We dropped 3 interceptions in the first quarter…… and the falcons just ran us down. We have the number 2 defense in the league but cant stop a run to save our life.

Our defense is an example of stats don’t tell the truth. Our defense needs some work
@k yells well we did just lose donte jackson. Our pass rush and pass defense isnt the problem, our run defense is one of the worst in the league

@richard lovelace when Pj don’t know what to do he just throw it to the other team smh . He keep putting Pj in like he was former MVP and won multiple college championships and took a team to a Super Bowl. I just don’t see what’s all the hype about PJ ..
@DayOneBullz Kennel if Cam was still MVP Cam aka pre shoulder injuries. Ok i get letting Cam play but its not. His arm is shot and defenses only gotta cover short throws & runs. Why limit ourselves?

@DayOneBullz Kennel top qb’s win with less all the time. Our line would have to be all decade best for Cam to be playoff Qb now. Go watch his throws from 2015 & now. And tell me he still has any kinda zip. Dude always used his arm strength to force throws in tight spots. Once that zip is gone its over for him. They tried soo hard to make him a great passer & it never worked. Seems like ppl were right bout 2015 was a fluke year for Panthers. This yr was best team Cam has ever had, they said lol. We will sign DW or Russ next year. Maybe even A-rod lol

Agreed but Cam has been this Cam for years. He has his moments of accuracy and then he has his moments of non accuracy. His ability to understand what the defense is showing him hasn’t been the best. Of course I’m not on the field so I don’t know what he sees.
