Nagy please let go of the play calling and pace needs to trade for an o line and if Nick Foles continues to struggle put in mitch we look like we are about to go 8-8 if none of this happens
Offensive weapons are NOT a problem. This team has three good receivers who can play. A-Rob is a nice physical receiver, Mooney is a nice deep-threat receiver, and Miller is a good route-runner. The tight-ends are also decent with Kmet and Graham. The running backs are not bad either with Montgomery and Miller. The only problem is the horrible offensive line. They are the worst O-Line in the NFL and that affects the QB and makes our running game mediocre. This also causes the media to make fun of our players and QB, but they never blame the O-Line. Foles had a great great O-Line in Philly who protected him at all times and gave him all day to throw, because he is a pocket QB, and that’s why he was successful. The reason this O-Line has not been exposed this bad earlier, is because Trubisky is a duel-threat QB who can scramble around and made this O-Line look average. Also, Matt Nagy chooses the worst plays I’ve ever seen and never takes the blame. This team doesn’t need a new QB or offensive weapons or defensive players; this team needs to get O-Linemen and give Lazor the playbook. If the Bears do all these things, I guarantee that this team will make the playoffs and even make a run in the playoffs, but if nothing changes, this will be a long season, because the defense will get tired of staying in the field all the time and carrying this team. 🐻⬇️

Wims and ridkey need to be at #2 mooney is a slot like miller. We need to run two tes like advertised…that was reason of getting 20 in last two yrs!!! We need to use one as fb. Patterson and monty need to run outside. Not up middle every time except 3rd and 4th and short….pitch behind line then smh. We need new play caller. Anybody with experience but most importantly common sense!!! The plays dont work. Over complicated run blocking. Dumb routes in pass plays.
Robinson is good, Miller keeps dropping passes and Mooney is a 5th rounder with 21 career catches. Montgomery is a 3rd rounder, not a franchise type back. Graham is past his prime and Kmet has caught 5 balls in his career so far.
The Bears have some decent talent but the only first rounder the offense has is Mitch and he’s not playing.
Montgomery nor Miller are up to par to me. But they would do better with a better O-line blocking and creating lanes. But I like pretty much most of what you said.

3. Get some better o-line
4. Call better play calls

If he refuses to give up play calling them I agree, he needs to be fired.
Don’t get me wrong Nagy is a good player coach but not a play caller it’s to many people in and out the line up…
They need to have a coup and push him out of play calling. Team up and push him out. I hope Nick can still charm that locker room. I think he will be the one spearheading getting Nagy to give it up.
Another day, another video of BS excuses by Nagy. He never has admitted his mistakes, nor that he is the problem. Mitch was the fall guy, but now we know Nagy was the problem. This is a poorly coached team with poor play calling, with a poor o-line and otherwise good players.
On another note, I’m glad today the reporters actually asked the hard questions today (like about nagy giving up play calling). Usually they just ask softball questions and nothing the fans actual want

Mitch definitely wasn’t perfect, but I think it’s evident now that he lost his job because of the horrendous design of this offense more than anything else. Foles has been even worse statistically. Trubisky should be reinserted. Hell, figure out a way to at least incorporate him into the game plans the way New Orleans uses Taysom Hill. It’d be better than those terrible run plays they keep trying with Patterson.

adam mccurdy not the runner but he’s a more established starting QB. The media would have you think Trubisky is the death of the QB position when the truth is somewhere in the middle. He’s an average QB w escapability who can be above average in a good system. If Nagy would run a system that fits his te am, Trubisky is plenty good enough
Matt, you need to swallow your pride and hand off playcalling. Your schemes are not coherent or strategic. They tend to cause more confusion and problems than they solve. Please do everyone a favor and take off the leash. Let Lazor call the plays.

If you care more about the Chicago Bears than your own ego you will give up play calling duties and focus on your job as head coach. If any play caller produced these results for this long Nagy would have fired their asses and rightfully so. So he needs to fire himself as a play caller.
Matt , I know you’re too busy to read comments from a long time Bears fan , since the early 60 ‘s, but I’ll give my 2 cents anyway . Have Juan watch films of the Niners O- Line from 2019 , how they moved off the ball and blocked down for the RB’s and they almost won the SB ! Until the O – Line can do that and be more disciplined before the snap , you’re going to have a rough go going forward , it’s not too late to fix that ! John 🐻🏉
