Nagy make a good point at the 14 minute mark. Their evaluation goes beyond, “What can this guy do”?” They have to consider, “Can we provide *this* guy with what *he* needs?” Not THE guy, but the guy who FITS in terms of skill, cost (in draft capital *and* salary cap), and system! I just hope they get QBs who don’t need radically different offenses from each other, like 9 and 10 did this past year.
Nagy smiling because he’s got a unicorn job in the NFL where if the owner likes you, you won’t ever be fired.

For a guy who loves evaluating and making QB’s better why and the hell was Tyler Bray part of this team for the past 3-4 years ( because he was a Chief) , could have had a young QB with athletic ability that Nagy the guru could have been grooming. This guy makes no sense, he talks a great game but doesn’t do what he says.
