Man when nagy answered the question about self scouting and if that helped making game plans for fields to help him out he answered with “I think it could” like wtf 😤🥴 it could? Wtf how about say it did help and we definitely are improving schemes
As a coach,your not giving anything to the media,they’re like children looking for an angle,a story to write!! But to you and your guys,you can be yourself and say what needs to be said!!! The players got his back,wether he needs fired not my decision, but their are two different conversations you have with the media and your players!!!

Let’s talk about being fair,if Nags says what he’s telling his team behind closed doors to the media,is it fair that he gets fined by the NFL? I know if I told anyone what I say to my guys up front,I wouldn’t be very popular,maybe not coaching!!🤣 and I’m just a high school coach!! Let alone being fined thousands of dollars!! However, those kids know I love them and I got their back, no matter what!!!
If i had a penny for everytime ive heard this guy say where were at, id have the same salary as these players

Other than that he’s a great coach
Then again tony dungy was a great defensive coach who won w/ a bad defense & great offense
Brian billic was a great offensive coach, who won w/ a horrible offense & great defense
Bill belichec was a great defensive coach, that won as a defensive coach
Then went on 2 get a head coaching job & get fired w/ a bad win/loss record far under .500
Now he’s argued as the greatest coach
Fact is the players haven’t quit on Nagy 4 a reason
Guys can’t taqle & & bloq
That’s the fundamentals of football
Instead of hating on Nagy, u should B giving him kudos 4 gettn the most outta this team

@Evan Device Comparing Nagy’s playcalling to not the greatest is like saying the Titanic was an oopsi. The guy is always talking in circles and doesn’t have accountability from his players that’s why they haven’t stopped playing for him, he’s the cool Dad that is your best friend but still a shitty Dad none the less. He doesn’t put the best players on the field and plays politics over performance. The Bears deserve so much better. Bear Down!!!

Fargo as head coach with Desai taking over as DC.
If Fangio was coach perhaps he elavates Brandon Staley as DC. Staley did a great job as DC for Rams and is doing a good job as HC of the Chargers.

@Electric Nothing against Desai but I don’t believe he is getting the most out of the defense. We have had too many games where they just let the opposing offense go right down the field when we need a stop and they are not getting any turnovers. Vildor has played ok but other than Jaylon Johnson we don’t have pro bowl caliber play on the backend.

BEARS COMING FROM THE BYE WEEK MUST GO FULL THROTTLE IN ALL AREAS OF THE TEAM. DEFENSE HAVE TO BE A MAJOR IMPACT IN THE SECOND HALF OF THE SEASON.

Always addressing the why but not addressing the “WHY” it is still happening, ie personal fouls, off sides false starts and delay of games after time outs. Answer: lack of discipline instilled by you the coach!!! smh
I hate to say that seeing how he can coach in 2018 into now is such a speed bump
