@Mr. Archnemesis Same crap again. Like Tressman, Nagy doesn’t have a clue as to what happened and says he’ll have to see the video. Zero ability to adjust during the game. At least Cutler threw some touchdown passes.
The Bears Offense is the worst in the NFL. Mostly because of the O-Line. Most starters are hurt but that isn’t a good enough excuse. Pace should have had more back up on that O-line. He dropped the ball big time in free agency and draft. Theres been practice squad playing as starters. 0 holes for RB, makes a lop sided Offense and predictable. Blitzes constant! Plus Nagy was hired to scheme for situations like this. He’s suppose to be this offensive mastermind. Its a total mess and the Defense is super bowl material. Its a sad sight. I feel bad for the D.
Pace needs to go too along with Nagy
Pace needed to hire starters. We have a line full of backups. Even when healthy
Looks like the worst oline in bears history unfortunately caught up to Foles tonight, and of course it would be leno’s failure that causes it who else, dude can’t even block a high schooler.
Please convince us that good coaches wouldn’t make things work with the Bears O-line. No counters, little play action, ignorance of how to utilize the TEs, and then drop $21M for a QB who can’t throws the ball accurately. Hindsight is a powerful drug – we would ahve been better off with Mitch as he might have won a couple of the 5 losses with his legs. Yes, we would have lost to Atlanta but that win also provided Nagy the opportunity to be more delusional.
Buster skrine needs to go. Mitch needs to start. Anthony Miller needs to go. Graham needs to go. We need to give guys who deserve to be on the field a chance. I don’t mind Lazors game today. Extremely short handed.. and first time calling for us.. he called ALOT of plays that nick Foles FLAT OUT MISSED. Nick had played absolutely horrific for us.. and if this is the case, let’s get some mobility back there. We put nick in to make accurate throws with time.. he has NOT done that. I’ve seen Mitch make plays.. we had a 11+ win season with him. He needs to play. Period. Foles has NOT done what he was inserted to do, AND he’s a statue. Can’t win this way. LAZOR schemed up some good plays.. and the o line gave nick some time early.. he completely dropped the ball. Time for change

They should have Ryan Pace play Quarterback and then he might know what they need. The Bears are going to compete for last place. They should trade down and get more picks. If it’s 3rd and 15 they should do Hail Marys. “You know nine times outta ten that play probably works” it’s back to these days. The o’line should get coal in their stocking. Where’s Ditka?

Him benching Mitch and Foles playing worse definitely sealed his fate. He’s gone whether we make the playoffs or not. Only way he stays is if we make a serious run but that isn’t happening..

The QB has no time when you have no O-line. Look that’s totally on Pace. It’s time for him to apply for a job at Downers Grove South or something.

You’ve got that, then mixed with us passing up both Deshaun Watson and Patty Mahomes?? I hated John Fox but at least he wanted to draft Deshaun Watson. The bears fired him for that reason. And I’m not even going to talk about how the bears organization has never drafted a black QB…

Regardless Drew has a point. I agree with you Nathan that Luckman was better than average, but in recent history?? The bears have given up multiple chances at having that 8-10 year franchise QB and we’ve passed them up. We can fixate on someone who played a completely different game in the 40s, or we can address the cancer that is the bears current front office. Including the McCaskey’s.

@Robert Graf he was horrendous . Lol we use to have a joke about Bobby Douglas back in the day …….what is 6’1″ and lays on the ground alot ? Lol
@Tim Allen He played on one of the worst teams the Bears ever had. And he had 946 yards rushing, because he was basically their entire offense. It was awful, but this last game was a total offensive ‘no show’. I’m not trying to say Douglass was anything great, but this is even worse than that. Back in those days, the average Bear made less than the average special teams player. This team doesn’t even have that for an excuse.
Went to my first game in Wrigley in 1954. My parents were neighbors of George Halas in the late 1930s. I have coached and officiated for 56 years at the high school and Ju College level. Nagy is in over his head. Great guy. Bears did not receive what they expected from Pace and Nagy.

Nagy is a horrendous football coach. He needs to be fired ASAP, the season can’t be saved at this point but for the future of the program he and Pace need to go now.
