@Juan Rios in Nagys time a head coach of the bears, the only year we had a decent o line to run nagys system, we went 12-4. The guy needs some help on the line. Yesterday we had an effective running game and scored 30. If we can sure up our line, that could be every week. It’s not all on Nagy. Firing coached every 3 years gets you to poverty franchise level

Just want them to start with Pace being fired and Phillips retiring. That would be huge. Let the new president and GM sort out Nagy.

Coach I appreciate you reaching out in this form to reach out to the fans. From our perspective it just seems that things aren’t getting fixed the same mistakes are happening over and over again. I think you were not given a team to fit your scheme but I also think coach needs to change his scheme to fit his players. I understand also that we are just a bunch of fans and we don’t understand everything that goes on day-to-day but a lot of us know football a lot of us coach and at the end of the day football is football. Please try to take advantage of your playmakers skills and don’t exploit their weaknesses going forward. I’m sure it’s easier said than done but this is what I always look for. Best of luck

Vince Sly Vince, I appreciate the constructive criticism. Most fans react with anger and frustration. And I get that. Because what that shows me is this: Passion. They care. But what the fans don’t see is how much we care. How much the guys in this locker room care. How much this organization cares. As far as the day-to-day, what I’ll say is this: In practice, we look like Super Bowl contenders. I’ve never been a part of a team that practices as well as we do. So what we, as coaches, are trying to do is figure out the “why?” Why can’t we get the same execution on game day that we do in practice? But here’s where I’m at: I’ve got two more years on my contract. And I promise you, and all the fans, that come 2021, we’ll get this figured out.

You already know what’s coming. You know what to expect. The 0-12 Jets can probably say the same as can the previously unbeaten Steelers who just lost their first game of the season. Any team can. And I know you saw me earlier. The reason I had to speak up is because I love the kid. For 1 because he’s a good player. And for 2 because he played for my favorite college team and seeing my 2 favorite teams work together like this is only every fan’s dream and the fact that it has to end before a chance is given to shine in your own environment. Personally. I find it disrespectful.
